The company identified a new opportunity installing natural ventilation control systems during remedial maintenance work to older business and industrial building stock to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort and air quality.
Experts from Loughborough University worked with the company to develop advanced test models, simulations and natural ventilation strategies.
The two-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) part-funded by Innovate UK provided the company with unparalleled knowledge of control system design and thermal modelling.
They are now able to offer energy efficiency services to existing commercial buildings, and positively influence new build projects at a much earlier stage.
